Northstar Executive Search is hiring Truck and Coach Technicians (310T) & Apprentices for work with a large civil construction company.

Locations: Chapleau & Dubreuilville
Rotation: 7/7 or 14/14

What the job involves:
Inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial trucks, buses, and trailers in both shop and field environments.

Key duties include:
• Using diagnostic tools to find engine, brake, steering & suspension issues
• Repairing/replacing engines, transmissions, clutches, drive shafts & electrical systems
• Performing preventative maintenance inspections (PMI) and ensuring MTO compliance
• Working on HVAC, hydraulic systems & emissions controls
• Completing repair orders and documentation

What you need:
• 310T license OR registered apprentice
• Strong diesel, electrical & hydraulic system knowledge
• Ability to do physically demanding work (lifting, climbing, tight spaces)
• Experience with tools & diagnostic software
• Good troubleshooting & communication skills

Work environment:
Shop and field work in a physically demanding, safety-focused environment.
