Chenier Motors has an opening for a full time Service advisor with opportunity to grow. We offer a positive work environment and benefits(after 90days).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following, Professionally greeting all customers in a friendly and courteous manner, Scheduling service appointments, Writing repair orders and conducting the walk around process, Following progress throughout the appointment and updating customers on their vehicles progress, Preparing estimates, Preparing customer invoices, Reviewing completed work and customers invoices.

Requirements include, Developing positive relationships with all customers and staff, Have reliability in attendance and have a strong customer focus, Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, Must be an comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email and face to face. Bilingual preferred(French/English), Ontario Drivers licence required.

Pay based on experience, skill levels, quality of work and ability to work as a team member
