Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate located in Timmins, ON. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include answering customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service. The Inside Sales Associate will also be responsible for executing communication strategies to foster long-term customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the supply industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or a related field is advantageous
• Bilingual in French and English
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Schedule

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with a 12 to 1 lunch

Some Saturday Morning 8am to 12pm on Rotation
