At Little Saplings Child Care Centre, we believe in nurturing young minds through play, exploration, and meaningful connections. We're currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our growing team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for toddlers and preschoolers
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Incorporate outdoor and nature-based learning into daily programming
• Observe, document, and assess children’s development and maintain open communication with families
• Collaborate with fellow educators to uphold high-quality programming and early learning standards
• Ensure full compliance with licensing regulations, health protocols, and safety policies

Qualifications:

• Early Childhood Education (ECE) Diploma
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
• Valid Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification
• Clear Criminal Reference Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
