Clinical Development, Strategies & Partnerships Lead – Internal / External Posting
The Agency: Jubilee Centre (CJC), located in Timmins, Ontario is a specialized live-in, community-based addiction & mental health agency offering high intensity, medically supported MH Crisis & WMS, Intensive Recovery-oriented Treatment & Rehabilitation Services, Primary Care, temporary housing and supports together within an integrated modified therapeutic community environment. We are seeking highly motivated and energetic individuals to fill this positions in our Interdisciplinary Client Care Team.
Summary of Duties & Responsibilities Reporting to the Executive Director and Clinical Director, the
Clinical Development, Strategies & Partnerships Lead
is a dynamic and versatile lead role responsible for overseeing and implementing key initiatives within the Client Care Team. This position combines strategic special project management with hands-on clinical responsibilities that may include client intake & assessment, programming review, development, and support. The ideal candidate is an innovative self-starter with a clinical background with strengths in External Relations as well as fundraising who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about improving outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 year diploma in Social Service Work or a related field (required)
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a community and/or residential treatment or mental health
agency
· Understanding of and experience with implementing LOCUS tool and report would be an asset
· Understanding of and experience with implementing OPOC, reviewing and consolidating reports,
identifying gaps and creating surveys to capture necessary information
· Solid understanding of available social services within the community
· Demonstrated experience in program development and implementation
· Strong clinical assessment, counseling skills and experience training
· Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
· Proficient in documentation and electronic health records.
· Must be available for occasional evening shifts.

Persons identifying as Indigenous and possessing a solid working knowledge traditional healing practices
Persons who have a solid working knowledge of Cree, Ojibway, or Oji-Cree languages
Persons who are fluently bi-lingual and able to competently deliver care in both French and English.
Wages and Benefits: Wages are based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement and include evening and night shift premiums $1.00 and $1.40hr respectively. Benefits include a competitive vacation entitlement based on years of service, 12 statutory holidays/yr. and 6 paid special leave days/yr. and up to 20 paid sick leave days/yr. Group benefits package includes: extended health care, vision care and prescription dugs, dental benefits, life insurance plan and group RRSP Pension Plan.
