YOUR CHALLENGE
Support our clients in ensuring the compliance of their equipment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform the inspection and maintenance of the specialized protection equipment (fall arrest, gas detection and respiratory protection). This could be done at customer site or at a fixed SAM workshop.
- In-shop
- Assess work to be done on customers’ equipment;
- Provide an estimate to the SAM coordinators via the system in place (CSD, ISM);
- Complete approved orders and applicable certificates.
- At customer site
- Interface with customer (if applicable) to confirm equipment location and comprehension of site rules;
- Perform work contracted per the order;
- Provide accurate final work counts to coordinator as well as parts used;
- Document via a workorder any equipment removed from site (if applicable), get a customer signature, and provide a copy.
- Inventory control
- Log all parts used in repairs so they can be properly relived from inventory.
- Maintenance of their vehicle (if applicable)
YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Customer service according to our quality standards;
- Compliance with our corporate standards;
- Ongoing training and application of the material learned in the classroom;
- Completion of mandates in projected timeframe.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- DEP;
- 3 to 5 years of experience;
- Able to lift 30-40 lbs;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Valid passport.
