Duties
- **Accounts Payable/Receivable Management**:
- Processing invoices, ensuring accuracy, and managing payment schedules.
- Reconciling accounts, ensuring all records match bank transactions and internal financial documents.
- **Invoice Management**:
- Preparing, reviewing, and issuing invoices to customers and clients.
- Following up on unpaid invoices and resolving billing discrepancies.
- **General Office Duties**:
- Filing financial records, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Assisting with financial reporting and internal audits.
- Answering queries related to payments, invoices, or general finance-related questions.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: A diploma or degree in accounting or a related field is often preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a similar role, especially in a mining or industrial setting, would be a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with basic office software (Microsoft Office, especially Excel).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
